Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for planning, assigning, and directing the work, as well as training team members to safely and successfully perform daily responsibilities and meet established expectations. This position will work closely with Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Supervising 20 team members in our warehouse operation and follow our daily work schedule to keep it on track.
• Picking the required products, verifying items using UPC Codes.
• Operating RF gun during order picking process.
• Moving throughout the Fulfillment center for the majority of the shift.
• Ensuring that the merchandise is scanned into the computer system at the end of the picking process.
• Maintaining excellent safety, quality cleanliness, and productivity standards within the distribution warehouse at all times while performing duties with speed and precision.
• Ensuring employees understand how to perform their duties safely, effectively and efficiently.
• Interpreting, coaching, mentoring and training employees when needed on Safety Regulations.
• Ensuring work areas and equipment are maintained, clean and safe.
• Running equipment by following Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
• Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining team members when appropriate.
• Initiating or suggesting plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Possessing a common sense management style while achieving company goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehouse, distribution, production, or manufacturing experience helpful.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation and basic math skills.
• Availability to work different shifts and occasional to frequent overtime. (6-2:30PM or 9-4:30PM)
• Availability to work weekend shift: Saturdays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform in all areas that hourly employees are performing with the manual dexterity required.
• Demonstrate excellent job performance in productivity, quality, safety and attendance.
